Terms of Service

The rules for booking deliveries and trips, working as a picker, making payments and resolving problems with SabiPick.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. About SabiPick

SabiPick is operated by SABIPICK LOGISTICS SERVICES in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. We help customers connect with pickers to arrange package deliveries and Pick me up passenger trips.

These terms explain the rules for using SabiPick as a customer or picker. Please read them before creating an account or arranging a job. If you do not agree, do not create an account or make a new booking. Contact us if you need help with an existing job.

A request is not a promise that a picker is available. Check the agreed job details, price and status before relying on a booking.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Give us accurate details and keep your phone number and email address up to date. If you book for someone else, make sure you have permission to share their details.

Keep your password and login codes private. Do not let another person use your account to pretend to be you. Contact support if you think someone has accessed it without permission.

You are responsible for the requests and messages you send. If something happened without your permission, tell us so we can investigate rather than assuming every action was yours.

3. Booking a delivery or trip

Give the correct pickup point, destination, contact details and instructions. For deliveries, describe the package, its size and anything that affects safe handling. For passenger trips, give the correct passenger count and any relevant access needs.

The customer and picker should agree on the job details and fee before proceeding. Keep that agreement in the job chat. Do not assume a change of destination, an extra stop or an extra package is included in the original price.

If a change affects the price or the work involved, discuss it before that extra work begins. Neither side should add a charge or change the agreed job without the other side knowing and agreeing.

Pickup and arrival estimates can change because of traffic, weather, access problems or other delays. A picker who expects a delay should update the customer. An estimate does not remove anyone's responsibility to provide the agreed service with reasonable care.

4. Prices and payments

Check the agreed total and any charges shown before paying. Accepting a proposed fee is not the same as making payment. Use the payment option provided by SabiPick for jobs booked through the platform.

Keep your job ID and payment reference. If your bank debits you but the job still shows unpaid, contact support before trying again. A payment screenshot alone does not prove that the payment has been confirmed.

Do not send your card security code, bank PIN, password or payment verification code to a picker or support agent. A picker must not ask you to make a second payment for the same charge without resolving the first payment with support.

Picker payouts follow the job's payment and completion checks. A cancellation, payment problem or dispute may need review before money can be released. A completed delivery does not by itself mean a bank transfer has already arrived.

5. Customer responsibilities

Have the package ready and make reasonable arrangements for collection and receipt. Give clear directions and tell the picker about access restrictions before they arrive.

Pack items properly for the journey and disclose fragile, perishable or otherwise sensitive contents. Do not describe an item falsely or hide a handling risk. A picker should not accept a job they cannot carry safely.

Do not send stolen goods, illegal substances, weapons, explosives or anything unlawful to carry. Do not use an ordinary booking for hazardous items, live animals or goods that need specialist handling unless SabiPick has expressly confirmed that the service is available and the carriage is lawful.

Check the job details and report mistakes promptly. Do not ask a picker to break the law, overload a vehicle or put anyone at risk.

6. Picker responsibilities

Only accept jobs you can reasonably complete. Keep your service, identity and payout details accurate, and provide the information needed for onboarding and payment checks.

You must hold the licences and permissions required for the work you carry out, and use a suitable vehicle and any insurance required by law. Do not claim a qualification, licence or insurance cover you do not have.

Handle packages carefully, follow the agreed instructions and keep the customer informed. Do not open, use, keep or hand a package to an unauthorised person. If lawful inspection is necessary, explain the reason and contact support where appropriate.

Do not substitute another person to carry out a job without informing the customer and SabiPick and getting approval. Do not mark a job complete before the agreed delivery or trip has finished.

Use customer information only to carry out the job and handle any related issue. Do not keep using someone's contact details for personal messages, marketing or harassment.

7. Pick me up passenger trips

Confirm the pickup point, destination, passenger count and agreed fare before the trip. The picker must use a vehicle suitable for the passengers and comply with road safety and passenger-transport requirements.

Customers and pickers must not request or carry more passengers than the vehicle can lawfully and safely accommodate. Do not pressure anyone to speed, take an unsafe route or continue a trip in unsafe conditions.

Tell the other party promptly if you cannot reach the pickup point or complete the journey. If the trip changes or stops early, contact support with the details so the work completed and any payment issue can be reviewed.

8. Cancelling before a job starts

Tell the picker and SabiPick as soon as you no longer need the job. If you have paid and the delivery has not started or been initiated, you can request a refund. Support will check the payment and job records and explain the outcome.

If no payment was collected, there is no collected payment to refund. If you believe a payment was taken, include the transaction reference even if the job appears unpaid.

Sending a chat message does not itself cancel a job or issue a refund. Use the cancellation option where available, or contact support. No cancellation charge should be invented or applied without a proper basis, clear explanation and compliance with your legal rights.

9. Cancelling after a job starts

Once the delivery or trip starts, a Cancel delivery or Cancel trip option is available in the job chat. Either party can submit a request and explain what happened. If you cannot access it, contact support with the job ID.

An admin reviews the reason, messages and available job records, including when the job started, how many minutes or hours passed before the request, and how much work was completed. Both the customer and picker can explain their side and provide evidence.

A request does not automatically decide who is at fault or whether a refund is due. The review considers the circumstances, any reasonable costs supported by evidence, and the rights of both parties. Starting a job is not, by itself, a reason to refuse every refund.

We will explain the decision and any payment steps that follow. If you disagree, reply with the job ID, what you believe is wrong and any further evidence, and ask for another review.

10. Completion, damage and missing items

Confirm completion only when the agreed delivery or trip has finished. If something is wrong, report it instead of confirming that everything is fine. Discovering a problem later does not automatically remove your right to complain.

For a damaged or missing package, contact support with the job ID, a description of the problem, relevant photos, receipts and evidence of value where available. Keep the packaging and other evidence while the issue is being reviewed.

Responsibility depends on what happened and the evidence. A person responsible for loss or damage may be required to put it right under the agreement and applicable law. A report alone does not establish fault or a compensation amount.

These terms do not promise insurance cover for every package or trip. They also do not exclude any legal responsibility of SABIPICK LOGISTICS SERVICES, a picker or another responsible party.

11. Refunds and payment problems

Contact support about a failed payment, duplicate charge or refund with your job ID, amount, transaction date and payment reference. For a possible duplicate charge, include both references.

A refund request is not confirmation that a refund has been approved or sent. We will explain the outcome and, where a refund is issued, provide the available transaction details for follow-up. Bank or payment-provider processing can affect when the money appears.

Refunds and any deductions must reflect the circumstances and your legal rights. These terms do not impose a flat cancellation fee, promise an automatic refund or guarantee a fixed bank-credit time.

12. Messages, privacy and support

Use job chats for the booking, delivery or trip. Do not send threats, abuse, discriminatory messages, scams or unrelated advertising. Do not post another person's private information without a proper reason.

Authorised admins may review job and support records when handling complaints, cancellations, safety concerns and suspected misuse. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Support may use an AI assistant to answer questions. AI can make mistakes. Ask for a human admin if you need help with a dispute, refund or account decision. An AI reply does not by itself approve a refund, decide responsibility or change these terms.

Keep your own payment references and any evidence you may need for a complaint. Do not assume a chat, photo or voice note will remain available indefinitely.

13. Misuse and account restrictions

Do not use SabiPick for fraud, unlawful activity, fake bookings or attempts to bypass security. Do not interfere with another user's account, submit false evidence or use the service to harass anyone.

We may restrict an account or a feature while investigating a credible concern, or suspend access for serious or repeated misuse. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will explain the reason and how to contact us about the decision.

You can ask for an account decision to be reviewed. Restricting or closing an account does not automatically cancel a refund entitlement, erase an outstanding payment or resolve an open complaint. Contact support if you want to close your account.

14. Service problems and responsibility

SabiPick may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, connection problems or faults. If the app stops working during a job, contact support and keep a record of the problem. Do not treat a technical error as proof that a payment or cancellation has succeeded.

Customers, pickers and SabiPick each remain responsible for their own actions and obligations under applicable law. These terms do not exclude responsibility for fraud, negligence, misleading statements or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing here removes your right to receive a service with reasonable care or to seek an appropriate remedy when the service falls short. There is no blanket waiver of consumer rights or arbitrary compensation cap in these terms.

15. Complaints and Nigerian law

Contact SabiPick with your job ID, what happened and the outcome you are asking for. We will review the relevant records and may ask both parties for more information. Please provide honest information and keep relevant evidence.

If you disagree with an outcome, explain why and ask for an admin review.

These terms are governed by Nigerian law.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will show the updated date and give appropriate notice of important changes. New terms do not retrospectively remove rights arising from an earlier booking.
